Executive Summary

May marked a transition point for RWA Inc., defined by the launch of our new ticker ($RWAINC), the rollout of a major global marketing campaign, and substantial product and ecosystem upgrades. With over $100,000 allocated to awareness efforts and a new client onboarding framework in action, we’ve laid the foundations for significant growth in the coming months.

On the platform side, we completed the redesign of our investment experience and finalized preparations for the launch of our Private Investor Section, featuring over $9M in live opportunities and an automated buyback system. Our ecosystem has also welcomed new strategic partners, including MAIV, while continuing to strengthen its tokenomics through ongoing buybacks & burns.
